Ashwagandha or withania somnifera also known as winter cherry and Indian ginseng. Used in India for more than 5,000 years. In Ayurveda this is used to recover from periods of stress or trauma. Great for memory recall as well. In magic it is used as a potent remedy in love, attraction and aphrodisiac spells. Strong, bitter, and slightly sweet smell. Store in an airtight container away from light, heat, and humidity.
