CS Allineate Essential oil blend can assist in connective tissue and myofascial pain relief. Its analgesic properties can help soothe muscle discomfort, reduce inflammation, and alleviate myofascial trigger points. Incorporating this blend into your stretching routine can enhance the effectiveness of your stretches and promote greater flexibility. Applying before a workout or physical activity can help prepare the muscles for exercise.
